How Incident Reporting Works

It all starts with enabling the people involved in the incident to be able to capture the details of what occured in real time.
This can be done via the Incident Reporting App or via the web portal enabling them to record the details in their own words rather then the traditional reporting it verbally (or not at all) where a manager writes the incident based on a second hand report.

Of course the tools can be just for a manager (or a range of managers) to record incidents in their organisation.

The process starts with the capture of he incident followed by following the incident up with a corrective action, hazard report, investigation and closure of the incident.

Part of this process can involve other custom forms or processes as well as assigning the incident to a third party or other manager for comment.
